We note that the Officer Administering the Government of Hong Kong is unable, for the reasons stated, to accede to our request, but we should like to take this opportunity of stating, on behalf of the two above-mentioned firms as well as of ourselves, that we must affirm our right to participate in any distribution which may be made

of the funds in question.
